Food Checklist
This checklist will help you to organise whats in your cupboards, fridge and freezer, and mark off when they have finished, so you know exactly what you need when it comes to making your shopping list |
Shopping List This is a list that gets you to group your shopping in the same way that food is grouped in the supermarket - so its easier to pick up what you need as you go round the shop. TIP - I find that filling it in with all my regular items and photocopying the sheets works well - then you can simply highlight anything that is required as you go through your week/month. This means that you or someone else can pick it up and get what is required at any time. |
| Monthly Meal Planner Use this to help plan 4 weeks worth of meals. TIP - Write down all the meals that you love to cook and eat - then group into meat, fish, veg, pasta , etc.... and try and pick one of each variety each week for variety (also look at what you cook the day before - can leftovers be used the next day? or can extra portions be frozen for speed next time?) |
